Product & Business Information: We collect the product URL, description, and ideal customer profile (ICP) you provide during onboarding so our AI can learn your product and generate relevant comments.

Platform Preferences: We collect your selected target platforms (Reddit, X, Quora, Facebook Groups, YouTube, LinkedIn) and engagement settings.

Dashboard & Analytics Data: We store engagement metrics, click tracking data, lead attribution information, and performance reports generated by the platform.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Bloomly AI uses Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we receive the following information from your Google account:

• Name: Your display name from your Google account.
• Email Address: Your primary email address associated with your Google account.
• Profile Picture: Your Google account profile photo (if available).

We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, drive files, Gmail, or any other Google services data beyond basic profile information.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only use Google user data for providing and improving Bloomly AI authentication.
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
• We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
• We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the core functionality of Bloomly AI.
• Humans only read Google user data when you give us permission, when it's necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

You can revoke Bloomly AI's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page.

AI Agent Operations: Your product information and ICP are used to monitor platforms, identify relevant conversations, and generate contextual comments.

Analytics & Reporting: Engagement data is used to generate performance dashboards and weekly digest reports.

Service Improvement: We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models, comment quality, and platform features.
