Bloomly AI is an autonomous AI social selling agent that monitors the internet for high-intent conversations relevant to your business and engages with helpful comments that mention your product or service. The platform operates across multiple social platforms including Reddit, X, Quora, Facebook Groups, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

3. User Accounts & Google Sign-In

To access Bloomly AI, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. By signing in with Google, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) for authentication purposes only.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent. You may revoke Bloomly AI's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions page.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use Bloomly AI only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Provide false or misleading product information to the AI agent.
  • Use the service to promote illegal products, services, or activities.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's functionality.
  • Use the service in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the service without written authorization.

5. AI-Generated Content

Bloomly AI uses artificial intelligence to generate comments and replies on your behalf. While we strive for high quality and relevance, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be perfectly accurate or appropriate.
  • You are ultimately responsible for the content posted on your behalf.
  • Bloomly AI is not liable for any consequences resulting from AI-generated comments.
  • Comment quality may vary based on platform, topic, and context.

6. Managed Accounts

Bloomly AI operates through managed accounts on various platforms. These accounts are owned and maintained by Bloomly AI. You understand that posts made through these accounts are subject to the terms and community guidelines of each respective platform.

7. Subscription & Billing

Bloomly AI offers subscription-based pricing plans (Starter, Growth, and Scale). By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable subscription fee on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
  • Authorize Stripe to process your payments automatically.
  • Accept that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We offer a 30-day onboarding guarantee for new subscribers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Bloomly AI service, including its software, design, AI models, branding, and features, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of Bloomly AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime for our platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Platform availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party platform changes, API limitations, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Bloomly AI at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

12. Limitation of Liability

Bloomly AI is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of leads, revenue, or business opportunities.

13. Disclaimer

Bloomly AI does not guarantee specific results, lead generation numbers, or engagement metrics. Results vary based on your product, target audience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of Bloomly AI after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. Before pursuing formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation.
